Julie Jesneck, Certified LifeLine Practitioner, Creator of I AM YES®

I'm a Certified LifeLine™ Practitioner, a former professional actress, and a mom. I love the process of healing and transformation. Discovering The LifeLine Technique™ has profoundly inspired and deepened my passion for healing. It goes directly to the underlying source of the stress, pain, and fear that we all experience.

I believe we are all here to thrive. I AM YES™ is a healing practice to help bring you back into your personal power through conscious choice, from a reactive (subconscious) place of fear or feeling victimized by everything from the economy, to relationships, to personal finances, to the health of your body... into a place of empowerment.

As my skills and experience grow, I AM YES® will continue to reflect that growth, offering more and more in service of personal empowerment.

I'm a graduate of The Juilliard School and a recent transplant to Lancaster, PA. I love all forms of creative expression: acting, dance, music, writing, ceramics, sewing, and raising my kiddo.

Welcome to YES!

Julie is a force of love and compassion, like a wave or a strong wind you will be very glad you walked into.

Sunrise on New Years day at Red Rocks

A little about me: Years ago, I got back from a show I’d done in Alabama to the cozy room I rented in Brooklyn, dropped all my luggage, sat down, looked around, and for the first time in my acting career had the thought, “This cannot be all there is.” I was working regularly in and away from NYC, and I sat there thinking, “Great. Here I am again, right where I was before I left town a few months ago. Everything looks and feels exactly the same, plus one more credit under Regional Theatre on my resume. Why do I feel so unfulfilled?” My heart felt heavy as I sat there realizing that even though I was working frequently in the career I’d trained for since I was a teenager, there was something missing, and it wasn’t just the unemployment. A longing I hadn't felt before began to surface.

Searching led to studying led to training led to certifications led to a practice led to an absolute passion for the process of healing and transformation; helping to empower others in this human experience, as individuals and as artists.
